Sutton was confirmed yesterday for the sixth circuit court of appeals.
You're right, I did not support Bush because I thought (and still think)
he would trash the ADA, the IDEA, and other laws for economic gain.  I'm
not a conservative.

i am not going to blowtorch you. you made a reasonable
statement that you do not care for bush's court
choices. at least you are not saying you oppose him
for something else when in fact you oppose his court
choices. i was not aware that a choice had been
advanced. when did the senate let one through?
