Janet (My wife, also with CP), tried Feldenkrais a couple times, and it
seemed to work well.  Our insurance wouldn't pay for it, and we had to
travel 65 miles to the nearest Feldenkrais practitioner, so she didn't
keep it up.

They also explain the idea behind the method.  Feldenkrais retrains your
nervous system, it can teach you easier ways to move, in a very gentle
way.
