When I try to scan, get message "unable to locate driver." Setup wizard
shows no scanner installed. When I try to use CD-rom to install driver,
" previous installation is detected and installation cannot proceed without
uninstalling." Under "Add/Remove Programs," highlight driver, get message
"could not open INSTALL.LOG file." Previously, when I could remove the driver
from "Add/Remove", I went through all instructions to uninstall (including
deleting "twain & twunk & prms folders"). Tried to re-install and always come back
to "previous installation detected." Online support hasn't helped - there's
one short line for questions or problems. I'd like to stop going around in
circles.
