Well, as far as I could see, that's the correct command, minus the ".....".
I usually type FORMAT C: /s just like that, but I don't suppose it would
matter.
Have you run the scandisk command from the C:\ ?(make sure the boot disk is
in the drive and just change the A:\ to C:\.
I'm thinking there may be some errors which may need to be corrected before
formatting.
