There also seems to be an assumption that the long chain omega-3s only
come from maritime creatures. In the paleo days, most if not all meat
sources contained omega-3s.
If caveman X and his buddies just took down a musk oxen, probably the
first thing they would feast on is the brain (rich with Omega 3s).
