Well, it's Zone all right, but it's certainly not paleo, with rye bread,
low-fat cheese,
peanut butter, and Worcestershire sauce.
It shouldn't be too hard to do a Paleo Zone; just count protein blocks,
carb blocks
and fat blocks and make sure you don't use anything with grains, dairy,
sugar,
beans, peanuts or potatoes. You don't have to make the Zone dishes with
6 or 10 or
more ingredients; just use simple foods. And ditch the Egg Whites; bah!
Whole Eggs are
a complete food and should be eaten as such.
