Good - there are not enough laughs on this list. ;)

The butter is an attempt to put enough fat in the diet; while it is not
raw, it is the best I can do with respect for the value of my own sense of
taste.
I was assured that the honey was never warmer than "a warm day in Alberta",
if this is true it is paleofood.
