Thank you everybody for your time and wisdom.
Some suggestions are as follows:
Make a class presentation so that others understand how gluten can harm
Taylor and be clear about not sharing goodies;
Keep plenty of homemade goodies in a small freezer which can be purchased
inexpensively at places like Walmart and put them in with his lunch, and
then one person suggested just sending candy;
Keep goodies on hand which can be ordered through places such as EnerG
Foods, Aunt Candice Cookies, Gluten Free Pantry, Miss Robens, & Mr. Ritts;
See Donna Korn's Children with Celiac Disease book for the chapter on kids
cheating at school;
Also Carol Fenster's cookbooks were recommended for multiple food
allergies/intolerances;
One person sent me a very long email with School Guidelines for Managing
Childen With Food Allergies;
and a few website were recommended. They are:

http://www.savorypalate.com
celiac.com
Again, thank you everybody.
