First, thank all of you for responding.  And second,  I apologize for the careless error of making the subject "High Protein" breakfast foods.  I will enclose those suggestions at the end of the High Fiber summary.  Susan Dee

Flax Seed ground (Bob's Red Mill is ground) - in muffins (recipe on request); on   cold cereal; on oatmeal  - 6

Oatmeal- McCann's or Wessex  or other -  4
Quinoa - cooked like oatmeal  - 2
Cream of Buckwheat cereal - Pocono & Arrowhead  -  4
Grits  - 3
Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty cereal  - 2

Raw fruits, dried fruits (esp prunes and raisins), seeds, nuts on cereals -  4

Granola (recipe on request)

Bowl of  1 banana, 1 oz whole almonds, 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup skim milk

Breads:  Kinnikinnick  Sunflower Flax Rice Bread      
                 Food for Life  Almond or Pecan Bread
                 Enjoy Life Foods  bagels  (5 g fiber, 8 g protein)
                B. Hagman's recipe for Oregon Bread                
                Life Stream's Mesa Sunrise waffles - 2

Assorted responses: baked potato with scrambled egg on it,  fried brown rice,  breakfast fajita with veggies, beans or meat,  baked beans, cornflakes with corn bran

Benefiber, Citricell, or Metamucil

High Protein Breakfast Foods
left over dinner  -  2      also catfish was mentioned along with grits
peanut or almond butter on waffles or muffins
eggs & ham and egges
toasted pecans or almonds
