Hi all,
I have been following Daves post about white Zin and I knew that
american wines were all safe but I wonder about American Sparkling wine.I
drank some american "Champaigne" and I am thinking that I got a bad
reaction from it.Is this possible ?Or is American sparkling wine safe as
regular wine.My theory of why it may not be safe is the yeast that is used
to filter the wine may be a problem.Let me know if you have any ideas.
