After my sum. of responces, mails kept pouring in!
We can conclute that; Even if we eat "really" little with low carbs, and
even we move around or walk "a lot" we all seem to gain weight after going
GF. Aging and better digestion with a healed gut contributes a lot!.
I decited to increase periods of my workout program and will add weight
into it.
I also think working in front of the computer everyday has its own
contribution...I will try to limit that time too.
Thank you all again.
