I am confused about something and wondered if any one can help.
I had allergy foods test done and I was not allergic to anything, but I
think
I am lactose intolerant. So if I am not allergic to milk/or products and
take
an enzyme for lactose, I should be able to eat dairy products without
any harm?
I am asking this mostly because the bread I make has milk in it, so I
use the
lactose free milk. This has always puzzled me and I can't seem to get an
answer,
as so many things do with CD. Trisha
