Hello List:
Have any of you recovered from a casein intolerance?
My enterolab results say that I am casein sensitive.
My doctor said I could try introducing dairy again at
the 6 month marker from celiac diagnosis and see how I
do; I'm at 4 months and have just started having a
little bit of dairy with no problems - no stomach
pain, no bad bathroom, etc...I've had just a little
bit of milk in my coffee, and a little bit of cheese
on tacos - etc. -
I saw my doctor last week and he said if youre not
having problems, then its okay -
I feel like I'm cheating, but maybe it really is
okay??
PS I am very strictly GF and feeling much better!
