I know we have put the "vinegar issue" to rest, but could anyone give
me an answer today on Nakano Natural Rice Vinegar? I feel that I have read
something about it I should know.
I just want to mention that I have already searched the archives and I
have pulled out my September,1999 issue of Gluten Free Living "Is Vinegar
Safe for Celiacs?" and read that once more.
It seems to me that I read that barley might be a starter in this? I'm
sounding vague, but I can't seem to get a handle on it and would like to cook
with it tonight.
