Hi Les

My daughter is 12 with both celiac and diabetes and we know how sick you can
get. She has been on the GF diet now for4 years or more but she still has
accidents with accidental ingestion of gluten and wow how fast she reacts.

There are several groups out there that help with either one health issue or
both and we have made sure to work hard at the beginning so not to have so
much forever screaming at us.

I help the Children's Hospital with recipes for both and hope to see all
parents and kids and adults find help easier than we did.

How can we help you? Do you need a certain type of recipe or anything? Where
are you as there are support groups in alot of areas? We are in Nova Scotia,
Canada so we had to work hard to find all the helps and goodies. Keep in
touch and let us know what you are needing for helps.

Sincerely
Jana
