jean-claude: Bodyweight is 50% muscle. Doing progressive, anaerobic
resistance exercise will help you gain all the healthy, muscular weight, you
choose to gain. Doing progressive, anaerobic resistance exercise,
successfully helps the hyperglycemic, i.e., the diabetic, gain healthy,
muscular weight. It will work successfully for you also, with your
hypoglycemia.
