Not being an artichoke, so's somewhat on the outside of the profession, I'm
always amazed with my experience on fixing leaking new buildings that those
who detail new buildings, particularly the quickly built ones, seem to
rarely learn anything, or at least not in good time, from those artichokes
who spend their time fixing old buildings. ][<en
