Hi, I have one from a member on this list. It has had a few problems, but
it's a fabulous rig.
I like running it, have always lusted after one of these, since I saw one
about 20 years ago for the first time, and now I have one, am not
disappointed.
Just be sure the one you are looking to purchase is running ok.
I use mine in conjunction with the Kenwood tuner, and the tuner-tuner from
Palomar, but I have to rarely use this unit.
The rig is friendly, and I believe there is good manual support. Here in the
uk, the RNIB have the users' manual on audio tape.
Don't know about in the states.
You should have many happy hours with this unit.
