Hi.  I R L P stands for Internet Radio LInking project and is basicly a
system of linking repeaters over the internet.  You can go to
www.irlp.org, I think, and see if there any nodes in your area.  YOu can
also see the status of each node, that is if it is in use and who is
connected to who.  Pretty cool!
