I can't see why not, if you can eat it raw without problems. Some people
are allergic to pumpkin. Inflammation of the skin, itching of the mouth,
and, I think, difficulty breathing, are some of the reactions. Pumpkin
seeds are medicinal. They are diuretic, and can also be used to expel
tapeworms.
