Just checked by phone with Nancy at Oberto Sausage Co, Seattle, WA,
1-877-453-7591.  She informed me that all beef jerkies, with the exception
of the Teriyaki flavored product are gluten free.  She also checked on the
pepperoni sticks and they were all gluten free!
