I had extremaly stressfull period and was doing a little exercises. Maybe an
hour or two heavy weight training (2-5 reps) with no cardio per week.I don't
consider my cholest counts good. I want to up them to at least 180.
I think the best solution for you is to eat more eggs for a while and check
the cholest before and after. It won't kill you. Everybody's different.
