No. As long as carb levels are kept low, the diuretic effect
continues.

Again, it's tied to the levels of protein. My understanding is
that if the levels are kept high, the diuretic effect continues.
And yes, it's a separate issue. Low-carb is diuretic, high
protein is diuretic, and low-carb + high protein =3D very diuretic.
