Agreed. A HG diet would be best for any one with a blood sugar-related
disorder (reactive hypoglycemia; type 2 diabetes). It helps normalize
insulin, hence moderating blood sugar swings. And its an anti-allergen diet
too. In fact, a HG diet is probably the place to start for most people in
the "modern" world looking to improve their health through diet (its hard to
argue with the success varied traditional diets have had for indigenous
peoples).
