My favorite place to learn about building antennas, and to search the web
pages of almost every known commercial amateur antenna company is
http://www.cebik.com
This is the huge collection of amateur antenna material from L B Cebik,
W4RNL, who has written many articles for QST, the ten ten group, and
published several books.
Go to the "tales and technicals" section, and you'll find information about
almost any antenna you ever heard of, plus others. One page under this group
contains links to the commercial antenna and antenna accessory
manufacturers.
Some of the links deal with antenna modeling, and are not very speech
friendly, but most of them work beautifully with JFW.
