Hi,
Depending on how old the system is, it may have a KEYLOCK on the front
of the case.
The purpose of this lock is to lock the keyboard against unauthorized
use.
Does your machine have such a feature? Did you try checking it if it
does?
You can remove the wires from the main board to disable it, if no key
can be found
Thanks and have a Great Day!
Joe Lore
The keyboard on my kids computer stopped working yesterday. I have never
had a problem with a keyboard before, so I don't know where to begin to
look. I have tried another keyboard, and that didn't work either. Anyone
know the most likely culprits?
Thanks,
Kevin
