Hi,

Changing a USB 1 for a USB 2 card should not be a probblem, but you should
remove any of the old Device manager drivers in the windows device manager
before installing the new card.

Just remember Win 98se does not support USB 2.0 and if the card works you
will only get USB 1.1 performance
