today's MS OS Cd's should be self booting, you may have to go in the BIOS
and chage the boot order of the system to the ATAPI CD first. Then I would
try and get to a point where I would delete any previous partitions first
before I did a new install.
Usually if probelm with loading an os I find it to be bad memory or bad CPU
is the culprit
