The fun and exciting book What? No Wheat? - A Lighthearted Primer to
Living the Gluten-Free Wheat-Free Life is now available. This
not-for-profit cartoon-illustrated book is a combined effort between
over 25 volunteers in the celiac community and Doctors Michelle Pietzak,
M.D., Peter H.R. Green, M.D., Alessio Fasano, M.D., Cynthia Rudert, M.D.
and Joseph Murray, M.D., who all volunteered their expertise.

Valuable information is also contributed, for no financial remuneration,
by Dietitians, Respected Leaders, National Support Organizations and
personal vignettes contributed by real people facing the challenges of
living a gluten-free life. Three bread recipes are also included.

What? No Wheat? ( is excellent for children, adults, family, friends,
day care centers, Doctor offices, libraries and schools. Whether you are
newly diagnosed, trying to get a handle on the steps to take, or have
been diagnosed for a long time, you will enjoy the lighthearted approach
to living the gluten-free life.

Quantity discounts are available, for group fund raising, Doctor offices
as handouts, or simply to share the savings in order to help get the

The author, LynnRae Ries, has donated over 1,000 hours of her time and
energy to the book design, story line, planning, coordinating,
