Hello All:

I am a recently diagnosed CD. I have begun the GF quest and am spending a great deal of time reading labels, etc.

Could someone assist me as follows:

    1. Is there a published booklet or list of commercially prepared foods which are GF. exp. would be items readily available from a large grocery store.

    2. My reading indicates that the following should be avoided "natural flavorings" & "artificial flavorings" . Is that an accurate portrayal?

    3. Is there any available bread that is at least palatable? I have not yet had much luck.

Thanks,

John
