Most have said they get it at local Asian markets or international sections in big grocery stores at a range of 49 cents to $1.10 per pound.  Some order in 5# increments from Energy foods and get it in 1# bags.  Others have said Roben's catalog has it the cheapest so far.  

Last time I bought in bulk I bought 25# from Bob's Mill for $75 ordered and shipped.  It kept beautifully in my deep freeze.  They did not have it for sale in that large of a quantity last I checked.
