Me too. I eat dinner, then don't eat anything until dinner the next
day. By far the easiest way. You wake up in ketosis so you never have
the severe food cravings you would if you ate breakfast. One day is
easy, the hardest thing is figuring out what to do with all your free
time at mealtimes.
