Thank you, Eva, for the link.

The article also mentions a problem for the strict
Paleo approach to eating - a shortage of long-lived
Paleos. Most Paleos died off from infection or
accidents before reaching old age.

So we really don't *know* what the effects of long
term Paleo are. We can speculate, argue and
hypothesize but we have no verifiable long term data.

The few hunter gatherer tribes left don't keep
accurate birth records or health records.
