The article defines hypochondria as excessive worry about contracting
serious diseases.  I don't feel that I do that but I also am always thinking
about my health and how to improve it. I've often wondered why I'm like
that. I do feel however, that you have to be like that in order to be
willing to adopt a diet like the  paleo diet, so different from what
everyone else eats.
