And why would that be wise? Lamb's fries are testicles. I get calf liver
from  three-day old calves born from grass-fed dairy cows, along with a
bunch of weird body parts that don't go to the food industry, legs, tails,
lungs, gullets, whole heads with brains, etc. I can not find nutritional
fault with this stuff.
