I got this a long time ago from a doctor friend of mine.  There are
basically two "Zones"; the high-fat formula Sears used on athletes
(sucessfully, I might add) and the one in his book.  Why?  He knew no one
would buy a fat-o-rama publication.  He or his publishers.  Personally, I
think there's a market for the truth, (insert swear words here).
