True wisdom would also give one the ability to see when his comments are at
best incidental to the subject that precipitated them.

I like your comments, Dr. Benarr, and find them mostly true, if a little
strange.  But it should be very obvious that I wasn't asking for reasons why
to fast.  I had JUST FINISHED a fast and was commenting on the experience as
it relates to ketosis.
