Fat is cheap. Get your calories from fat. Cook with lard, which is cheap. Eat
lots of turkey and chicken, which can be bought in quantity and frozen. Fast
foods and prepackaged foods are usually the most expensive! If somehow you MUST
eat grains, stick with the non glutinous ones, rice, or oatmeal, which has less
than wheat. A few eggs a day are not expensive, and add a lot of nutrition.
Liver too.
