Well, I'm not bony all over, but just lean after a life of somewhat
well-padded. There has been a lot of talk and studies, too, about
caloric deprivation with no other diet changes having extended
lifespan and virility, muscle tone, etc. in rats, and at least a few
humans trying it for themselves. I like to think of what the
possibilities of slightly restricted Paleo diet might make possible.
The humans I've heard of were the vegetarian persuasion, so I don't
give their results much credence.
