I was so happy to read Andrew's email.

This evening when I went grocery shopping, I had bought Danish Blue
cheese and Dubliner Irish cheese. Independent of the justification
that Andrew provided, I had started thinking along these lines: I
love cheese and have no problem digesting it. If I can eat the
flesh of the animal, why can't I eat its milk? Cows certainly
weren't paleolithic anyway so I'm not going to sweat eating some
cheese. I don't mind giving up grains but I do mind giving up cheese.

Not meaning to start any paleo/non-paleo arguments, but just
searching for what works for me,

Yvonne
