I was once told that frozen veggies can be quite healthy, even more so than
fresh! The logic was that "fresh" veggies are often stored for some time,
and/or subject to trickery such as being picked before they ripen, shipped
while small & tough, and then force-ripened later with chemicals. But
frozen veggies can be grown naturally and frozen immediately after picking;
so their nutritional content is more like real fresh-from the garden food.

I can't vouch for the reliability of this; but it's is an intriguing
idea. Anyone else got some input on this?
