Some interesting things and some expected. After 4 months paleo.
The vegetarian tests are during a high grain period (60-70% grain)
The paleo is during a 60 gram or so carbo. strict paleo (Protein Power) diet.
It was very interesting to note that my B12 level really dropped(525 down to 371)
after switching to red meat daily from 15 year vegetarian, this is a puzzle.
Vitamin E levels doubled into the normal range after removing grains.
