How is that 12% measured? Is it 12% of total calories (in the
meal), or 12% of the grams? I assume it's the former, but I
thought I'd check. And what about carbs---in this mix, are you
thinking 0 carb calories, or dietary ketosis levels? Some say
that you're technically in ketosis at anything under 100g of
carbs per day, even if you don't register on ketostix; others
place that cut-off around 60g; others say if you don't turn 'em
purple, you're eating too many carbs.
