It has been a quiet list of late. I guess most of our members are too
busy to post.
As to different cuts of beef, I am ashamed to say I know little because
we don't by buy beef steaks that much. I do know Angus has the best cuts of
beef. Most of the herds I have seen here are Angus.
BTW, for Kat and Beth, who are Monty Python affaciando's(Sp?), we have a
spam festival here which parodies the chili cook offs. It just finished last
week. Their theme is "Spam, spam, etc.
wheres my texan? he ought to know about beef.
