Ah, even thicker in the head than I'd supposed. ;-)
I guess what with dealing with disability all of my life and having
friends who have become disabled due to accidents and/or illnesses, I
have to wonder why on God's Good Earth anyone would want to have a limb
cut off to satisfy some sick whim? It's just too much for my feeble
brain to comprehend, and it seems such a waste of resources.
And of course there are those who prey on PWDs for their sick purposes.
Hey maybe we could do a matchmaking service for these two sick populations?
