Well mag I have saw many times the opposite here in atlanta. Do you look
like al gore too., just kidding, okay. To anybody who they think needs to be
searched in such a way, there should be a private place. I had a man in maui
put his hand down beyond my belt. I would have thought that kind of search
should be private and it could be. I find these things being public as being
invasive and while there may be a need, there needs to be better routines
that would be less embarrassing.
There are some things that are pretty stupid going on. Like the federal
agent that was allowed to take his gun on board, because he was authorised,
but, his nail clipper was confiscated. This kind of b.s. is hurting air
travel and not doing anything to make anything more secure.

Ken, on Sept. 3, when I came back from DC. I was searched at dulles airport
to the point it was embarrassing they took my back pillow and put it through
the x-ray, the guy went through every pocket in my purse TWICE and then put
it through the x-ray for the second time. The lady guard asked me to spread
my legs so she could search my thighs. they took off my new tennis shoes to
look on the bottom and inside. It was embarrassing as everybody could see
what was going on. I looked up to see a white guy shaking his head in
wonder.
I'm darker than many whites, so I guess they thought I was an Arab. It was
an eye opening experience. I have never been profiled and I hope I won't be
again, but I'm glad they were thorough as it was close to 9-11
