Hi John,
I just finished talking to a friend that was on dialysis for 3 years and he
holds an extra class license.  He said
to reschedule the dialysis or you might talk to the head of the VE teem and
get a test given to you on a day that will work for you.  Dialysis is a
problem but if you want to upgrade, you can work around it.  I hope this
