I programmed my 2nd TM-G707A with no speech board or anything, I bought it
to go mobile with, I was going to get the TM-V7A but U just couldn't afford
it, I was going to buy that for the house and put the TM-G707A from there in
the car so I have something to use while riding around better then what's
there now, but I couldn't, and I haven't put the new radio in yet I still
have my old Icom IC-27H out there. I'll change it in the summer maybe. I
like the newer radios with packet though, I might use the new 707S for
packet for the winter, that new mini din connector they have now is great!
