Hi Anthony,

When your in EchoLink,  hit alt P for prefferences and then hit
alt-shift-tab to get to the signals page.  Make sure all of the radial
buttons are set to default, screen readers won't read the labels for these
buttons, but the last one is the over beep and its set off by default.
