Do those guidelines even apply to hams or are they intended for commercial
stations only?  And if they are really *guidelines*, that means they aren't
enforceable, anyhow.

guidelines?  there are some for that?   lol,  seriously I never even thought
about it I just set up my station and once everything worked I left it all
alone other then a radio change here and there but beyond that everything is
just left alone here.
